Result: 426 GHL workflows live (across 81 folders). Only 35 entries in ClickUp Automations Database (15 GHL + 10 Zapier + 10 other). Gap: 411 GHL workflows not tracked in ClickUp.
Five decisions queued for Jet:
- Rename mismatches (3 ClickUp rows whose names no longer match the current GHL workflow names)
- Taxonomy migration (old vs new [N] CAPTURE / ATTRACT / RETAIN / ENGAGE / OPERATIONS structure)
- Masterclass scope (88 individual masterclass-invite workflows — track all, track parent, or skip?)
- Drafts scope (currently in [3] RETAIN / Drafts folder — track or skip?)
- Bulk-add scope (decision on which untracked workflows to add to the Database)
