Mindbees was supposed to open a WP Engine support ticket but we haven't confirmed it happened. Open the ticket directly with WP Engine support requesting: Server-side malware scan File integrity comparison (Live vs. clean baseline) Review of file/folder permission discrepancies between Live and Staging environments
Context: The site (topreptraining.com) has been reinfected multiple times since June 16. Mindbees has done several rounds of cleanup but the infection keeps returning. We need WP Engine's own tooling to identify persistence mechanisms at the server level.
