- Add / edit / delete transactions with full filter and search
- Manage 18 canonical product categories (Pivot Points, Coaching, VSM, Flight School tiers, etc.)
- Set monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue goals
- CSV export for Level 10 scorecard feed
- Help icons on every form field so any team member can self-serve
- Mobile responsive (phone-friendly)
- Top Rep brand applied (navy, gold, red, Montserrat, round badge)
DATA STATE
- Ashlee's Jan-May 2026 sales data imported (699 transactions, $1.09M YTD)
- Totals match Ashlee's sheet within $0.50 rounding per month
- Stored in Supabase Postgres with row-level security (only authorized emails read or write)

- GHL Payments daily auto-sync via Private Integration Token (Authorize.net transactions pulled nightly)

- ACH submission form for Chris and Mich to drop bank-received payments directly (replaces the manual "tell Ashlee" relay)
- Slack alerts on large payments or goal milestones
- Password reset flow

- Ashlee reviews the webapp and provides feedback on layout and data accuracy

NOTE This is a Tech VA improvement build. No production GHL, Zapier, LearnWorlds, or ClickUp data has been touched. The webapp is a self-contained internal tool.
